Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Audit & Management Review, seeks an Internal Audit Supervisor to conduct and supervise audits and reviews spanning finance, compliance, economy, efficiency, and program results. You will verify adherence to statutes or contracts and mentor junior auditors.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in accounting with auditing coursework, five years of audit experience, and professional certifications such as CPA/CIA/CGFM; leadership and strong Excel/Word skills are

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or 30 credits in accounting with auditing.
• Five years of experience in financial and operational internal audits including finance, compliance, economy and efficiency.

Mansioni

• Conduct and supervise audits and reviews of finance, compliance, economy and efficiency.
• Evaluate program results and verify adherence to statutes or contracts.
• Develop and mentor internal auditors.
• Oversee management studies and analyses to improve performance.
