Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or CIA certification (or pursuing) is preferred.
• 8+ years of auditing experience in asset management or related field.
• Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing audit teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and the Board.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through reporting.
• Develop audit programs and test controls.
• Mentor and develop audit staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Monitor action plans and report progress to management and regulators as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and evolving risks.
