Job summary

KBX Logistics, a Koch company, seeks a Sr. Logistics Specialist, Intermodal & Drayage in Green Bay, WI to optimize intermodal and drayage operations, partner with carriers, and deliver exceptional service to customers.

You will coordinate freight across legs, analyze data, onboard carriers, and drive cost savings while collaborating with internal teams and technology groups to ensure accurate data and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating freight movements.
• Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS).
• Experience collaborating with internal teams, external customers, and carrier partners.

Responsibilities

• Support daily intermodal and drayage operations to move freight for customers.
• Communicate proactively with carrier partners and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment movements, provide customers with updates and visibility events.
• Deliver strong customer service to strengthen partnerships and support business growth.
• Assist with onboarding of new carriers as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carrier partners and customers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and balance service with carrier costs.
• Analyze trends to identify issues and develop solutions benefiting stakeholders.
• Collaborate with KBX teams to implement strategic solutions to increase shipment volumes.
