Job summary

Clayco's LJC Design & Engineering in Phoenix seeks a Senior Architectural Project Manager to elevate the practice’s leadership, pursue strategic opportunities, and expand the Phoenix portfolio. The role collaborates with Clayco's construction and real estate arms to deliver integrated design-build projects.

You will lead design teams, develop proposals, oversee staffing, manage client relationships, and guide complex projects from concept through construction drawings, while embodying

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in architecture and design.
• Active Professional Registration, AZ or NCARB preferred.
• Exemplary written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads integrated Industrial pursuits with Clacyo, providing leadership for sales meetings, client visits, RFP pursuits, team management and project oversight.
• Acts as primary coordinator with contractors and consulting engineers for project delivery.
• Prepares project proposals and fee analysis for senior leadership review.
• Coordinates staffing and operations across LJC Industrial design leaders.
• Leads design teams in developing proposals for potential clients and manages multiple team members.
• Represents LJC in the community and civic events.
