Job summary

LJC Design & Engineering is seeking an experienced Interiors Project Manager to support our Phoenix studio as we grow our commercial interiors practice. You will lead diverse projects, develop spatial programs, schedules, and budgets, and guide teams through design concepts and documentation.

The role requires strong presentation and client-relations skills, a professional portfolio, and registration as an architect or interior designer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture required.
• 8+ years of experience in interior design or architecture, preferably commercial interiors.
• Licensed or registered as an architect or interior designer is preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD/Revit, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client and management to develop spatial programs and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and internal resource planning.
• Guide design to align with client budgets and oversee concept development.
• Coordinate technical viewpoints and product strategies for projects.
• Prepare final documents for governing authorities and coordinate with project teams.
