HLW International is seeking an Interior Project Manager in New York, NY. You will oversee interior projects from concept to completion, guiding design coordination, planning, and execution while upholding HLW’s standards for profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and problem-solving to manage teams, consultants, and stakeholders. Hybrid work with three days onsite supports professional growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience, including workplace interiors.
• NCIDQ certification and LEED accreditation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, and coordination with clients and consultants.
• Oversee design coordination, scheduling, and quality control across teams.
• Mentor junior staff and foster professional growth.
• Manage relationships to drive repeat business and profitability.
• Present to clients, regulators, and stakeholders; ensure regulatory compliance.
