Job summary

Perkins&Will Miami Studio is seeking a Project Architect with a focus on Interiors to lead innovative interior environments from concept through construction.

This technical and design leader partners closely with interior designers, consultants, and clients while overseeing project coordination, documentation, quality assurance, and construction administration to maintain design intent and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of professional experience in architecture/interiors.
• Architectural license required.
• Portfolio submission is required for full consideration.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with interior designers, consultants and clients.
• Oversee documentation, QA/QC and construction administration.
• Ensure design intent, technical excellence and client service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor staff and lead cross-disciplinary project coordination.
