Perkins&Will Miami Studio is seeking a Project Architect with a strong focus on interiors to lead innovative interior environments from concept through construction. You will partner with interior designers, consultants, and clients, overseeing coordination, documentation, quality assurance, and construction administration while upholding design intent and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional experience in architecture/interiors
• Professional licensure required
• Strong coordination with design teams and consultants
• Deep understanding of design through construction documentation
• Mentoring and leading project teams to ensure design intent and quality

Responsibilities

• Lead interior-focused project architecture from concept through construction
• Coordinate documentation and deliverables with internal and external teams
• Ensure design intent, technical excellence and client service throughout lifecycle
• Manage QA/QC and adherence to codes, standards and project goals
• Communicate effectively with clients on technical matters and decisions
• Oversee regulatory reviews and construction administration tasks
