Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of architecture or design school; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• 6+ years’ experience in workplace design, focusing on building repositioning and adaptive reuse projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop design ideas and create presentation and construction drawings.
• Draft technical drawings and review engineering and landscape drawings for design solution compliance.
• Ensure integration into overall design and develop preliminary concept plans for larger projects.
• Mentor Junior/Intermediate Designers and oversee space plans for complex issues.
• Develop and deliver design and furniture packages for interior and exterior projects and manage design budgets.
