Job summary

Baskervill is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead design and production across workplace projects. You will collaborate with teams, mentor junior staff, and maintain design intent from concept to construction administration using Revit.

You will serve as the primary client contact on select projects, coordinate with consultants and engineers, and actively participate in all design phases while pursuing ongoing professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional interior design experience.
• NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Knowledge of additional design software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Design and production of interior design projects from concept through construction administration using Revit.
• Mentor and support junior staff while maintaining design intent across project phases.
• Serve as primary client contact on small to mid-sized projects and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate project activities with consultants, in-house engineers, and team members for successful delivery.
• Participate in all design phases, from programming through construction administration.
• Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and development.
