Qualifications

11+ years of interior design experience in commercial, government, or hospitality sectors.
Advanced Revit proficiency with production documentation.
Strong visual presentation and rendering skills using Enscape, Lumion, or similar.
Knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Leads projects from concept through construction administration.
Develops design concepts, space plans, and finish selections.
Produces Revit documentation (plans, elevations, details, 3D views).
Creates client-facing renderings and mood boards.
Presents design solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Ensures compliance with codes, accessibility, and safety standards.
Manages scope, schedules, budgets, and coordination with teams.
Prepares specifications, material selections, and cost estimates.
Supports bidding, negotiations, and construction administration.
Conducts site visits and post-occupancy evaluations.
Mentors junior staff and ensures quality control.
Maintains strong client relationships and delivers projects on time and within budget.
