Job summary

Lessard Design Inc. is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design efforts from concept through construction administration, ensuring design excellence and alignment with project performance goals.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design or architecture, strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and visualization tools, and proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design from concept through construction administration (SD, DD, CD, CA).
• Develop design direction, finish palettes, and FF&E strategies aligned with client goals.
• Oversee Revit-based documentation and ensure coordination with Lessard Design standards.
• Manage project teams, delegate tasks, mentor junior staff, and serve as primary client contact.
• Support business development and contribute to proposals and client interviews.
