Job summary

You will collaborate with the design team to deliver projects from concept through construction documents for education, office, and cultural clients across Philadelphia, Raleigh, and Austin.

The role requires a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Interior Design or Architecture, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; registration in NCIDQ preferred but

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in interior design or architecture.
• NCIDQ registration preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of experience in interior design.

Responsibilities

• Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections for documentation.
• Perform programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documents.
• Develop code-compliant designs and presentation materials including 3D renderings.
• Assist in furniture, fabric, lighting selections and finishes.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to create spaces that meet client goals.
• Present designs to client and internal design reviews.
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal production team.
• Mentor less experienced designers and guide design decisions.
