Job summary

Moody Nolan seeks a Senior Interior Designer/ Interior Architect to lead interior design efforts on large, complex projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. You will drive space planning, finish development, and documentation from concept through construction.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience, NCIDQ certification (architecture registration considered), and strong proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, and InDesign.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional interior design experience.
• NCIDQ Certification required; architecture registration considered in lieu.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive interior design across all project phases from programming to construction administration.
• Coordinate with Project Architects, PMs and multidisciplinary teams to integrate interior and architectural design.
• Develop design documentation: drawings, schedules, specifications, renderings and presentations.
• Prepare full contract document sets: floor plans, RCP, elevations, millwork drawings and details.
• Support/lead FF&E, space planning, finish development and visualization efforts.
