Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Interior Designer for our Orlando, Florida studio. The role focuses on translating client needs into cohesive interior design solutions, including drawings and presentation materials.

You’ll work with architectural teams to develop space planning, materials, palettes, and FF&E, mentor staff, and engage in business development. The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s in Interior Design, a license, and 10+ years of experience, with LEED credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field; licensed preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of interior design experience.
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for large and/or complex projects/clients.
• Advocates creativity, critical thought, and design excellence.
• Collaborates with firm leaders to leverage outcomes in education, visibility, and recruiting.
• Supports business development with marketing proposals and interviews.
• Assists in recruitment and interviewing of design staff.
• Mentors design staff and grows team through projects.
