Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Level 3 Interior Designer in Seattle, WA to lead interior design across projects from concept to construction. You will guide teams, coordinate with architectural staff, and ensure design intent is maintained through all phases.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in residential interiors and hospitality projects, with strong skills in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD and VRay/Enscape. Licensed certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, interior design or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or interior design firm designing residential interiors, including multifamily and hospitality environments.
• Proficiency with Revit, Sketch-Up, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, VRay and Enscape.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Additional experience in Food & Beverage environments including Restaurants and Bars is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to design concept development, materiality, storytelling, and guest experience-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design teams in generating original interior design concepts and deliverables.
• Collaborate with architectural and design staff on projects of varying types and scale.
• Lead QA/QC reviews of design deliverables and construction documents.
• Oversee production of interior design deliverables used in RFPs and proposals.
• Manage internal and external design resources to ensure quality and profitability.
• Produce accurate work aligned with schedule, contractual obligations and budget.
