Job summary

KZF Design is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead complex projects from concept through completion in Cincinnati, OH. The role demands strategic thinking, strong design sensibility, and proven leadership to manage teams, clients, and consultants.

Responsibilities include designing documents across all phases, mentoring designers, coordinating with disciplines, and guiding project budgets and schedules to deliver high-quality interiors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in interior design.
• Experience producing interior design and construction documents in an A/E consulting firm.
• Proficiency in REVIT preferred; strong design and visualization skills.
• Ability to manage junior designers and coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare design documents for all design phases (concept through construction).
• Mentor and lead junior designers and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Manage budgets and hours for projects and participate in BD activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project team to meet scope and standards.
