Job summary

DBI - Best in Class Haworth Dealer seeks a Senior Interior Designer to develop and execute design concepts for commercial projects. You will lead the design process, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure brand-aligned, high-quality outcomes.

Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience in commercial interiors, CET and AutoCAD proficiency, and familiarity with Haworth products. Certifications like NCIDQ/WELL AP/LEED GA are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design from a CIDA-accredited school.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial interior design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in CET and AutoCAD; knowledge of commercial design and office furniture systems.
• Familiarity with Haworth products and other commercial manufacturers.
• NCIDQ, WELL AP and LEED GA certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts for commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to align with brand and project specs.
• Lead design process from concept through completion, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to support professional growth.
• Create 3D models and installation documents reflecting design intent.
