Job summary
BOLD Business in Capitol Heights, MD seeks a design-driven Sr CET Interior Designer to lead the technical execution of office spaces for complex scopes. You will mentor junior designers, develop space plans, and produce high-quality visuals and documentation while collaborating with sales leadership and clients to translate requirements into sophisticated workplace environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (FIDER or CIDA-accredited preferred).
- 3–5+ years of progressive commercial furniture or workplace design experience.
- Proficiency in CET Designer (Configura) and AutoCAD with detailed drawing production.
- Strong knowledge of systems furniture, finishes, and technical applications.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution of office spaces and develop buildable design solutions.
- Produce CET drawings, furniture plans, specs, and high-quality 3D visuals.
- Coordinate with Account Executives, sales leadership, and external partners.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee documentation and installation packages.
