Qualifications

• 5+ years of professionalInterior Designer experience
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to lead in educational design projects
• Collaborative team player with knowledge of interior finishes and FF&E process

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in all project phases from initial development to completion and assist in the design and documentation of interior spaces
• Create design concepts and continue development through all design phases
• Responsible for interior finish materials selections and production of finish material boards
• Utilize space planning, codes, and mechanical systems understanding
• Produce construction documentation, construction administration, and review of submittals
