Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• NCIDQ certification is required or strongly preferred.
• License to practice interior design in the relevant location.
• Active design certification or registration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Interiors and Project Leadership to support operational plans and processes to achieve project excellence goals.
• Develop emerging Business Development skills to contribute to pursuits, client interviews, and presentations.
• Advocate for improving and maintaining project excellence across projects.
• Serve as a role model and mentor to motivate and develop others toward design excellence.
• Contribute within design reviews and promote HDR’s brand in offices and projects.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure successful project delivery at all scales.
