Senior Interior Designer - Aviation Market

Responsibilities:
  • Assess client and project needs, evaluate and document design directions, and focus on creating inspiring spaces.
  • Play a key role in small to medium-sized projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other personnel within our studio.
  • Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.
  • Maintain libraries, create finish boards, order samples, develop furniture specifications, and create final project documentation.
  • Assist in finish and color selection, interior spatial design, and document coordination from schematic to construction phases.
  • Compile construction documents including specifications and interior details.
  • Coordinate drawings with other disciplines and support space planning efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited university; NCIDQ certification preferred.
  • At least 8 years of relevant design experience.
  • Experience in aviation or airport terminal design, preferably within an architectural firm.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
  • Include a portfolio of work samples with your resume/CV in your application.
