Job summary

SEQUENCE Architecture and Design, based in Denver, seeks a Senior Interior Designer/Architect to lead projects from concept to construction. You will work directly with clients to translate goals into thoughtful design and coordinate with consultants and contractors to deliver buildable projects.

The role requires strong Revit skills, 7+ years in commercial interior architecture, NCIDQ/NCARB certification, and a desire to grow with a long-term team at SEQUENCE.

Qualifications

• NCIDQ or NCARB certification required.
• Minimum 7 years of recent professional experience in commercial interior architecture and design.
• Must be local to the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial interior construction.
• Working knowledge of building codes and accessibility requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and familiarity with AutoCAD/ CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through construction, keeping design, budget, and schedule aligned.
• Develop concepts, space plans, materials, finishes, details, and presentations; lead construction documentation.
• Interact with clients to understand goals and challenges and translate them into design solutions.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Discuss design concepts with clients, develop Revit drawings, and review construction details.
