Property ReVision seeks a Senior Interior Designer to manage residential remodeling from sales handoff to construction-ready handoff to the Project Manager. You will lead the design, guide clients, and resolve details early so the process is clear, organized, and enjoyable.
You will own the design (not construction) and collaborate with Sales, PMs, and vendors to deliver complete handoffs and thorough documentation with a strong emphasis on quality and coordination.
Love beautiful design AND the satisfaction of knowing the details actually work?
At Property ReVision, design is not just about choosing great finishes. It is about creating spaces that look incredible, function beautifully, fit the homeowner, and are ready to build.
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can take a residential remodeling project from the internal Sales handoff through a polished, construction-ready handoff to our Project Manager. You will lead the design, guide the client, solve the details early, and help make what can be an overwhelming remodeling process feel clear, organized, and fun.
And here's an important distinction: you own the design - not the construction. Once the project is handed off, the Project Manager runs the build. You stay available for design clarification when needed, but you are not expected to coordinate trades, schedules, deliveries, or day-to-day construction.
We are a design-build remodeling team that believes the client experience matters just as much as the finished space. Our designers, Project Managers, carpenters, trades, and support team work together under one roof, which means you are not designing in a vacuum. You will have people around you who understand what it takes to turn a great design into a great remodel.
We care about quality. We communicate clearly. We take ownership. We keep looking for better ways to work. And while we take the work seriously, we do not believe the process needs to feel stiff or overly corporate.
