Job summary

Th2 Designs in Richmond is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our friendly, collaborative studio. This hands-on role leads residential projects from concept through to completion, working closely with Directors and clients.

You will develop design schemes, oversee space planning and FF&E sourcing, manage budgets and programmes, and mentor the design team while maintaining strong attention to detail and a practical, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 5+7 years' experience in high-end residential design
• Strong portfolio and design eye
• Proficient in AutoCAD and FF&E
• Experience leading projects from concept to completion
• Confident with clients, architects, contractors and consultants
• Able to lead and support other team members
• Organised with excellent attention to detail

We have an opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer to join our friendly, collaborative studio in Richmond.

This is a hands‑on senior role working closely with the Directors, taking responsibility for our residential projects from initial concept through to completion.

THE ROLE

• Leading projects from concept through to completion
• Developing and presenting design schemes
• Overseeing space planning, technical design and bespoke joinery
• Leading FF&E sourcing and specification
• Managing project budgets and programmes
• Working closely with clients, architects, contractors and consultants
• Overseeing projects on site through to installation and stylingManaging and supporting the wider design team

ABOUT YOU

• 5-7+ years' experience in high-end residential design
• A strong portfolio and excellent design eye
• Strong technical knowledge and AutoCAD skills
• Excellent FF&E, materials and supplier knowledge
• Proven experience leading projects from concept through to completion
• Confident working with clients, architects, contractors and consultants
• Able to lead and support other members of the design team
• Positive, practical and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working independently and taking ownership, while also working well as part of a team
