The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time position based in New York City, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for leading interior design projects from concept through completion, including developing design schemes, overseeing space planning, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting and specifying materials, managing project timelines and budgets, and guiding junior/intermediate designers both in studio and on job sites. The Senior Interior Designer will participate in client meetings and presentations, ensure that design solutions meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements, and uphold Pembrooke & Ives design standards across all deliverables. The role requires strong project ownership, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
$105,000.00 - $135,000.00+ (depending on experience) + Performance-Based Bonus
