Studio/Department: Architecture and Interior Design Studio
Based in New York with offices in Los Angeles and Madrid, Rockwell Group is an interdisciplinary architecture and design firm that emphasizes innovation and thought leadership in every project. Role Overview:
Rockwell Group is seeking a full-time well-rounded Senior Interior Designer with strong management and design skills (min. 5 years of hospitality design experience is required) who can lead projects and manage a design team. This position will report to a Studio Leader and work closely with Directors and other Project Managers in the studio.

This is a full-time, in-studio position with hybrid/work-from-home flexibility, provided it does not interfere with responsibilities and complies with current office policy outlined in the Rockwell Group Handbook. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience ranging from $95,000 to $145,000 excluding bonuses and other benefits. This is a good faith estimate based on the expectations laid out in the job description. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and yearly performance reviews.
