Senior Interior Designer

A respected international design practice is looking for a Senior Interior Designer with 10–12 years of experience on institutional and multifamily residential interiors. You will steer projects from concept through construction, mentor mid-level staff, and serve as the day-to-day design lead for clients and consultants.

What You’ll Do

- Direct concept studies, presentations, and full construction‐document sets, maintaining the studio’s standards for context-driven, people-focused design.

- Act as the main liaison with owners, developers, and project partners—aligning scope, budget, and aesthetics while offering clear design guidance.

- Produce space plans that balance function, comfort, and accessibility.

- Develop mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E packages that meet project goals and cost parameters.

- Deliver concise presentations that communicate design intent, progress, and problem-solving strategies.

- Review drawings and specs to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with codes and accessibility requirements.

- Coach and supervise intermediate designers, ensuring precise execution of details.

What You Bring

- Professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

- 10–12 years in interior design, with a strong track record on healthcare, cultural, educational, or hospitality projects plus multifamily residential work.

- Fluency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Proven ability to integrate interiors within large, multi-disciplinary teams.

- Strength in detailing, FF&E specification, scheduling, and cross-team coordination.

- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic-presentation skills and a collaborative mindset.
