We work collaboratively across offices with the Arlington office leading projects in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC while the Charlottesville office leads work in the rest of Virginia including the greater-Richmond area. Projects include a range of renovations, additions, and new construction with public and private clients in both K12 and higher education. We’re seeking to grow our team to improve design, increase capacity to win work, and strengthen our leadership team.

This individual will often be required to present their ideas in formal and informal settings internally with the team and externally with clients.
Additionally, this role includes specific focus on leadership within the education studio’s interior design group including client management, business development, and team leadership.
