We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. You will be either managing or supporting projects from programming and concept development through project completion. You will collaborate closely with clients and teammates to create interiors that align with our clients' vision and brand identity.

Our ideal candidate is a positive, detail-oriented self-starter who feels at home keeping multiple projects moving through every phase of the design process. Beyond the baseline creative and technical skills, we are looking for someone who is energized by maintaining and growing professional relationships. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design from a CIDA-accredited university required
• 5-7 years of professional experience in a commercial architecture or interior design firm
• Proficient working knowledge in Revit required
• Experience leading and managing small to mid-size projects
• Very strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an effective team
• Demonstrated competency in interior design specifications, industry standards, and application of building codes

Candidates must be available to work in-person in Austin.
