Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking an experienced interior design leader to supervise and mentor teams across several projects. You will guide design development from pursuit through construction administration, ensuring alignment with client goals and spatial requirements.

The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, knowledge of building codes, and proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Current NCIDQ certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and project teams to establish goals and vision.
• Provide interior design leadership across multiple projects.
• Direct design development through all project phases (Pursuit to CAF).
• Evaluate client needs and document design objectives and spatial requirements.
• Lead the interior design approach within the project team.
