Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Senior Designer to lead our design team and deliver end-to-end consultative design services that build lasting relationships with customers in Florence, KY. You will meet with clients, understand project needs, educate them on requirements, and develop a creative concept that reflects their style, lifestyle, and budget.

The role requires a design degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and proficiency with design tools.

Qualifications

• Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design).
• 6 years interior design experience or equivalent considered.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with design tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residential and professional customers.
• Greet customers, support design walk-ins, and schedule appointments.
• Provide tile, wood, stone, and accessories advice for projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage projects end-to-end.
