Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management preferred or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, within multifamily or commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections to verify compliance with plans, specs and standards.
• Develop and maintain project quality control programs, checklists and procedures.
• Conduct quality audits of subcontractor work and internal labor teams.
• Manage punch lists, assign responsibility and track corrections to completion.
• Verify scope completion and ensure all work meets approved plans before closeout.
• Coordinate final closeout with clients and internal approvals for turnover.
• Collect and archive closeout documentation and support final billing.
• Train project teams on installation standards and inspect work prior to walkthroughs.
