Job summary

O’Brien Interiors Group is seeking a seasoned Quality Control Project Manager to keep interior renovation and capital projects on track, on spec, and close-out ready across the Midwest. This role ensures work meets plans, specifications, and client expectations while supporting profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will lead QC programs, manage site inspections, coordinate with Project Managers, and train field teams on installation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years in construction, multifamily or commercial.
• Procore and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections to verify plans, specs, and standards.
• Develop and maintain quality control programs and checklists.
• Conduct audits of subcontractor and internal work.
• Manage punch lists and confirm timely completion.
• Verify scope completion before project closeout.
• Maintain project records in Procore/SharePoint.
• Train teams on installation standards and SOPs.
