Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Element and aligns goals with Engineering Flight objectives.
• Directs supervisory personnel management and advises employees on policies and directives of management.
• Represents the Element with installation and external organizations including higher headquarters and regulatory agencies.
