Korn Ferry, in partnership with a global manufacturing organization, seeks a Senior Accountant to own end-to-end intercompany accounting across a multi-entity global operation. The role includes billings, reconciliations, settlements, journal entries, and AR/AP balancing.

You will partner with GL, AP, AR, Operations and international teams to support close, financial reporting, audits, and process improvements, driving stronger controls and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years at the Senior Accountant level.
• Multi-entity experience preferred; multi-currency/global experience preferred.
• Relevant intercompany accounting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting.

Responsabilités

• Manage intercompany accounting, billings, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly settlements.
• Reconcile intercompany GL balances to source ERP systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain balanced intercompany AR/AP aging.
• Partner with GL, AP, AR, Operations, and international accounting teams to meet close and reporting deadlines.
• Prepare financial reports, account analyses, and management reporting.
• Support external audits and related schedules.
• Improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and process efficiencies.
• Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis.

Position Summary
