We're partnering with a leading digital design agency to hire a Senior Interaction Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong interaction design fundamentals with exceptional visual execution and enjoys solving complex UX challenges across web, mobile, and emerging digital products.

You'll work alongside product strategists, researchers, creatives, and engineers to create thoughtful experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive user experiences, interaction models, user flows, and interface designs across web and mobile products
• Translate business requirements, user insights, and product strategy into elegant, user-centered solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and interaction specifications throughout the product lifecycle
• Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems, UI patterns, and component libraries
• Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, strategists, and creative teams to bring experiences to life
• Present design rationale and communicate design decisions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
• Balance usability, accessibility, visual design, and technical constraints while maintaining a high level of craft
• Mentor junior designers and help elevate design quality across projects

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, UX/UI design, or a related discipline
• Agency or consulting experience designing digital products for multiple clients
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end interaction design, UX thinking, and polished visual execution
• Deep understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, user-centered design, and accessibility best practices
• Experience designing responsive web applications, mobile experiences, and complex digital products
• Expertise with Figma, prototyping tools, and modern collaborative design workflows
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries
• Ability to confidently facilitate design discussions and present work to stakeholders
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
