Job summary
BrightSpring Health Services in Louisville seeks an Intelligent Automation Architect to define North Star architectures for automation and AI across pharmacy and care platforms. You will translate strategic opportunities into scalable designs and lead solutions from concept to deployment, delivering measurable enterprise impact.
Lead cross‑functional teams, shape patterns and governance for UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven enterprise automation and AI solution architecture experience.
- Deep knowledge of UiPath platform, orchestrator, and deployment patterns.
- Hands-on design with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Experience in Power BI design, semantic models, and AI BI.
- Experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio integration and security controls.
- Knowledge of Azure services, APIs, data integration, identity, and DevOps.
- Ability to lead end-to-end delivery with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define North Star for Intelligent Automation and AI architecture.
- Create reference architectures, patterns, and standards.
- Translate business capabilities into architecture blueprints.
- Guide use of UiPath, Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot AI, and Azure.
- Lead architecture workshops and cross-team collaboration.
- Ensure production-readiness and governance.
- Mentor engineers and promote reusable patterns.
