Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services in Louisville is seeking an Intelligent Automation Architect to define and lead the North Star for automation and AI across enterprise platforms. You will shape reference architectures, guide multi‑team delivery, and ensure secure, scalable solutions using UiPath, Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience architecting enterprise automation, analytics, copilot, and AI solutions across discovery, architecture, development, deployment, and operations.
Advanced knowledge of UiPath, including Studio, Orchestrator, queues, assets, libraries, and enterprise deployment patterns.
Strong architecture and hands-on prototyping with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, connectors, governance, and ALM).
Experience designing Power BI and AI BI solutions with semantic models, governed data, dashboards, and natural-language analytics.
Hands-on design of copilots and enterprise assistants with Copilot and Copilot Studio, including grounding, plugins, actions, connectors, and security controls.
Strong knowledge of Agentic AI architecture, generative AI, model/tool orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG, and responsible AI.
Ability to lead end-to-end delivery, define success criteria, manage feasibility and risk, and produce implementation roadmaps and production-ready solutions.
Knowledge of Azure services, APIs, event-driven integration, databases, IAM, DevOps, monitoring, and secure solution design.
Excellent architecture documentation, facilitation, problem-solving, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Define the Intelligent Automation North Star, target-state architecture, platform strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
Establish secure, scalable reference architectures, design principles, integration patterns, and standards.
Translate capabilities into architecture blueprints, data flows, and implementation roadmaps.
Guide use of UiPath, Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot, Azure, and APIs based on value, risk, and scale.
Lead discovery and architecture workshops with stakeholders to align priorities and responsibilities.
Mentor architects, developers, analysts, and product teams to promote reusable patterns and governance.
Drive delivery from architecture through testing, deployment, and handoff with measurable outcomes.
Define production-readiness criteria and ensure conformance to standards.
