Job summary

Celestar Corporation in the National Capital Region seeks a Senior Intelligence Team Lead - CIF JPMO to oversee contractor personnel and provide senior-level analytic capabilities across the CIF JPMO. You will guide intelligence integration, data management, and decision-support activities across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

Requires TS/SCI with Poly, 12+ years with a Master’s or 17+ years with a Bachelor’s, and the ability to lead complex efforts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's with a minimum of 17 years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly (adjudicated within the last 5 years) required.
• Experience leading contractor personnel and providing senior-level analytic support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel supporting CIF JPMO.
• Provide senior-level expertise supporting analytic capabilities, intelligence integration, data management, and decision-support activities across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
• Complete complex tasks independently within the assigned mission area.
• Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the program.
• Coordinate with the Task Order Program Manager on technical efforts and performance.

ANTICIPATED AWARD: February/March 2027

ANTICIPATED START: March 18, 2027

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

LOCATION: National Capital Region (NCR). Primary sites include JBAB, Washington, DC; Quantico and Reston, VA; and Rivanna Station, Charlottesville, VA.

Salary Range: $130,000-$200,000 annually

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with Poly (adjudicated within the last 5 years)

• Complete complicated or complex tasks independently within the assigned IIC/Office mission area.
• Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the IIC/Office.
• Coordinate with the overall Task Order Program Manager on technical efforts and task order performance.

Required Education/Experience

• Master's degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, OR
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 17 years of relevant experience.

The Government may, at its sole discretion, accept relevant experience performing substantially similar duties in lieu of the minimum educational degree requirement.
