Job summary

Celestar Corporation in the National Capital Region seeks a Senior Intelligence Team Lead - CIF JPMO to oversee contractor personnel and provide senior-level analytic capabilities across the CIF JPMO. You will guide intelligence integration, data management, and decision-support activities across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

Requires TS/SCI with Poly, 12+ years with a Master’s or 17+ years with a Bachelor’s, and the ability to lead complex efforts.

Qualifications

Master's degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's with a minimum of 17 years of relevant experience.
Active TS/SCI with Poly (adjudicated within the last 5 years) required.
Experience leading contractor personnel and providing senior-level analytic support.

Responsibilities

Serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel supporting CIF JPMO.
Provide senior-level expertise supporting analytic capabilities, intelligence integration, data management, and decision-support activities across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
Complete complex tasks independently within the assigned mission area.
Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the program.
Coordinate with the Task Order Program Manager on technical efforts and performance.
