Job summary

Orbis is seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Advisor to lead program planning and evaluation for a US Intelligence Community client. The role involves applying all-source analysis, research design, and stakeholder engagement to produce key performance insights and drive recommendations.

The position offers exposure to senior leadership, interaction with diverse stakeholders, and occasional overseas travel to support client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong analytic background
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly required
• Minimum 7+ years in IC-related consulting roles or 10+ years combined IC experience
• Experience in South America AOR and ability to travel TDY

Responsibilities

• Consult with teammates and clients on development, prioritization, and implementation of process improvement and program evaluation tasks.
• Develop recommendations for changes to policy, processes, communications, and training to enable achievement of vision.
• Design research plans with measurable performance metrics and data collection strategies.
• Conduct document reviews, interviews, and gap analyses with stakeholder coordination.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to provide actionable insights.
• Present results and recommendations to teams and senior leadership.
• Prepare data visuals and reports for leadership based on plans and findings.
• Brief senior customers on research plans and outcomes.
• Perform all-source intelligence research, analysis, and report writing/editing.
• Travel TDY as required
