Job summary

IPTA is seeking a senior technical professional at Ft. Belvoir, VA to oversee Army Intelligence messaging solutions. You will manage profiles in M3, coordinate with GISA and IEMO, and ensure secure, compliant message traffic across networks. Strong documentation and briefing skills are essential.

Requirements include a related Bachelor’s degree, DoDD 8140.01–style certification within 30 days, and 8+ years in related roles with leadership experience. Active clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8 years of demonstrated experience.
• DoDD 8140.01/IT Level II certification within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.
• 2 years demonstrated experience with Multimedia Message Manager (M3) and monitoring message traffic for anomalies.
• 4 years demonstrated leadership of a team and management of subordinates in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or delivering briefings to diverse audiences.
• Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and to produce reports with text and graphics.
• Active Security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operating status, functionality, and message profile support for Army Intelligence messaging solutions.
• Configure, monitor, and integrate messaging solutions including ICI, AIDP, M3, and MPS as applicable.
• Conduct profile management using M3 and monitor message traffic for anomalies.
• Create, analyze, and review SOPs and related system documentation.
• Coordinate with 24/7 GISA and IEMO for messaging issues.
• Serve as broker for message traffic feedback from supported customer organizations.
• Monitor connectivity to ITS and other information source providers.
• Open trouble tickets and verify hosted message traffic compliance.
