Job summary

Cherokee Accelerated Solutions is seeking an AOC/IOC-AS Senior Instructor/Content Developer for on-site work at Ft. Bragg, NC. The role develops training materials, maintains curricula, and supports educational goals within AGILE and TDC systems. It requires extensive Army Intelligence experience and DCGS-A/DIS proficiency.

Exemption status and Top Secret/SCI clearance are required; the role emphasizes collaboration with course managers and working groups to evolve IOC-AS training trajectories.

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve (12) years of Army Military Intelligence experience with recent work within last 2 years.
• 12+ years as MOS 35F (All-Source Analyst) on DCGS-A or DIS platforms at MICO/BCT/DIV-Corps levels.
• Minimum 2 years as an instructor on the DCGS-A or DIS system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Course Manager and Working Group members for IOC-AS course changes and updates.
• Manage hands-on, day-to-day instruction and delivery of IOC-AS courses.
• Create and maintain lesson plans, practical exercises, test material, TSPs, and SOPs.
