Join the Nalley Consulting team as a Collection Manager at Fort Meade, MD. The Senior position focuses on multi-INT collection management to support priority intelligence requirements.

You will develop collection strategies, align sensors and reporting with mission objectives, and evaluate collection effectiveness to enhance decision advantage for commanders and analysts. A TS/SCI with CI poly is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant Collections Management experience, with recent work in the last 2 years.
• 12 years of experience in Collections Management in lieu of degree.
• Graduate of an in-residence DoD or IC collection management course.

• Develop collection strategies and plans to assist commanders and analysts.
• Design integrated, multi-INT collection approaches for priority intelligence.
• Collaborate with planners, analysts, and operations to align collection with mission objectives.
