Job summary

You will lead daily operations, implement EOS practices, and develop leadership across the firm. The role emphasizes accountability, problem solving, and disciplined execution in a professional services setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in Integrator/VP of Operations/COO roles.
• Experience leading managers and driving organizational performance.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• Experience building accountability and improving processes.
• EOS experience preferred.
• Professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to execute the firm's vision and priorities.
• Lead daily operations and accountability across leaders.
• Drive EOS execution: Level 10 Meetings, Rocks, Scorecards.
• Develop leadership team performance and capability.
• Use metrics to drive business decisions.
• Lead process improvement, tech adoption, AI initiatives.
• Identify root causes and remove obstacles to projects.
• Build a culture of high trust, high accountability, and disciplined execution.
