Confidential (Premier, Fast-Growing Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm) in Boca Raton, FL seeks a COO / Integrator to partner with the Founder. The role drives the business engine, implements EOS, and builds scalable infrastructure while leaders focus on litigation and trial work.

You will own operations, governance, and cross-department alignment, enabling rapid growth and operational excellence in a tight-knit, high-accountability culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as COO, VP of Operations, or GM in a growth-stage business.
• EOS framework understanding; experience as Integrator is a massive advantage.
• Proven leadership with project management, CRM, reporting dashboards, and automation experience.
• Strong budgeting, P&L, margins awareness, and data-driven decision making.
• High EI with ability to hold teams to high standards and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• EOS Integration: Own the Integrator seat and lead 3-Year Picture, 1-Year Plan, and Rocks.
• Develop and document scalable operational processes and ensure system adoption.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and profitability metrics; provide dashboards.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management pipelines.
• Manage external vendor relationships and ensure ROI and performance.
• Align intake, litigation, pre-suit, and administrative departments across functions.
