Job summary

CD Bradshaw & Associates, P.C. is seeking an Integrator / VP of Operations to partner with the Founder & CEO and drive the day-to-day execution of the firm. You will align strategy, people, processes, and financial performance to deliver results.

You will lead daily operations, implement EOS practices, and develop leadership across the firm. The role emphasizes accountability, problem solving, and disciplined execution in a professional services setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in Integrator/VP of Operations/COO roles.
• Experience leading managers and driving organizational performance.

CD Bradshaw & Associates (CDBA) is a growing boutique CPA firm providing tax, assurance, and advisory services. Operating on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), we are seeking an exceptional Integrator / VP of Operations to partner directly with our Founder & CEO and lead the day-to-day execution of the business.

This is more than an operations role. You will serve as the operational leader of the firm, aligning strategy, people, processes, and financial performance to ensure priorities become results.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the CEO to execute the firm's vision and strategic priorities.
• Lead daily operations and hold leaders accountable for measurable results.
• Drive EOS execution, including Level 10 Meetings, Rocks, Scorecards, and accountability systems.
• Develop and strengthen leadership team performance.
• Use financial and operational metrics to drive business decisions.
• Lead process improvement, technology adoption, AI initiatives, and organizational change.
• Identify root causes, remove obstacles, and ensure critical projects are completed successfully.
• Build a culture of high trust, high accountability, and disciplined execution.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership experience as an Integrator, VP of Operations, COO, Operating Executive, or similar role.
• Proven success leading managers and driving organizational performance.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• Experience building accountability, managing change, and improving processes.
• Demonstrated success developing leaders and strengthening teams.
• Professional services experience (CPA, consulting, legal, or related industries) strongly preferred.
• EOS experience highly preferred.
