Incisive is seeking a product leader to own the integrations roadmap across the Incisive Portal and partner ecosystems. You will design scalable lab integrations, connect critical systems like Salesforce and QuickBooks, and drive data flows across diverse partners.

You will collaborate with engineering to write clear requirements, prioritize work, and measure impact with defined success metrics. Remote work options are available for the US team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building integrations, API, or platform/marketplace products.
• Comfort orchestrating across a real software stack—moving data reliably between systems.
• Comfort working with data and SQL to answer questions.
• Track record of shipping in fast-moving environments and owning outcomes.
• Strong written communication and ability to bring clarity to ambiguity.
• Nice to have: AI tools experience, healthcare/regulatory space familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrations roadmap from vision through delivery and iteration.
• Design scalable lab integrations across partners and workflows.
• Own connections to Salesforce, QuickBooks, and scanner/digital-equipment software.
• Collaborate with engineering to define, sequence, and ship work.
• Define and instrument success metrics and communicate progress across the company.
• Coordinate with Operations, RevOps, Partnerships, and Clinical Support.
