Job summary

Flow Engineering seeks a Senior Software Engineer - Integrations to design and ship integrations between Flow and customer systems such as PLM/ALM platforms, Jama/DOORS, Jira, and GitHub. You will own reliability in production and work directly with customer engineering teams to map data flows.

You will collaborate with engineering and product to turn recurring customer needs into reusable integration patterns, and you will design APIs and webhooks to enable partners to build against Flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software and services.
• Experience implementing integrations with third-party APIs.
• Strong knowledge of REST, webhooks, and data synchronization.
• Ability to translate customer needs into integration plans.
• Comfortable in high-ownership environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations to PLM/ALM, Jira, GitHub, and other tools.
• Build reliable data sync with mapping, transformation, conflict handling, and consistency.
• Work with customer IT teams to scope deployments and understand data models.
• Design and maintain Flow APIs and webhooks for partners.
• Own production integrations including monitoring, error handling, and debugging.
